True love. I love it. I got the utmost respect for it. And I'm not talking the romantic kind. I'm talking about loving something and going with it through thick and thin.

My good friend Martin and his skateboarding could show you a thing or two about that.

Martin is going on his late thirties and more so going on 25+ years of skating. If that's not loving something, then I dont know what is. Below are photos taken in and outside the local skate park, I dont know if they do justice to Martin's love of skateboarding.

But then, how do you put a lifetime passion in photos... Sorry, I dont know.

United Nations Of Sounds - Are You Ready ?

Smiled this morning when I was surfing the net. Been a long time fan of Richard Ashcroft and The Verve, and was happy to hear the new song of Richard new band United Nations Of Sounds.

Looking very much forward to March 29th when the album is released. Check out the video for the track here.

Pas de mes photos pour ce post, j'ai pensé vous faire part d'autre chose.

Comme tout le monde je "surf" le "net" de temps à autres, et comme tout le monde je tombe de temps en temps sur des sites qui valent la peine d'être visités. Sur ce, en voici deux vraiment cool. Ils sont en français, so pour les anglophones, soit vous faîtes preuve d'un effort, soit vous passez à autres choses...

Le premier est un blogue qui discute de gastronomie. Plein de bon conseils et de bonne critiques sur les restos de la région. Le deuxième est moins évident, le monde de Hull s'y retrouveront et riront bien j'en suis sur. Encore une fois c'est un blogue, absurde oui, but amazing and well worth reading.
