Had to shoot a Karate dojo for it's website the other day. Like the most people who dont practice karate, I knew very little about it. After spending almost 4 hours with these people, I left the shoot with a feeling of wonder and alienation. Wonder because the level of athletism is really something to see, and alienation because this martial art could'nt be further away from my day to day life.
