Chalet Lauzon, St-Faustin
La fin de semaine passée, c'était l'enterrement de vie de garçon de mon ami Mike. On a fait ça dans un chalet dans l'bout de Tremblant. Une quinzaine de gars, des chapeaux de matelots pour la sortie au village, un tatoueur bénévole sur place (oui la photo du tattoo est "FTW" au cas où vous étiez pas certain... sur le haut d'la fesse droite...), pis moi qui c'était offert d'immortaliser l'évennement. Les premières photos sont des "candids" avec mon point and shoot, les trois dernières font partie d'une série de portraits que j'ai fait des gars qui était là ce weekend.
Pas certain jusqu'à quel point Mike s'en rapelle, maybe avec les photos la mémoire lui r'viendra.

Claire
An old friend came to visit from Montreal last Friday. We decided to go shoot again and had a blast like always. Claire takes her t-shirts seriously, I cant dispute that.

Found
Found boxes filled with old family photos the other day. What started as a nonchalant peek turned into an hour of careful sorting. Got me thinking that some photographs are timeless in their composition, subject matter, printing, etc. The picture of the boat and my mom for example. I know some fine art photographers that are putting out almost identical work right now. Below are some that I liked and scanned. Funny how priests coached sports team in those days...
